Is stock loss leverage protection worth it?

I've been hearing a lot about stock loss leverage protection lately, and I'm trying to wrap my head around it. As someone who's just dipping their toes into trading, I’m curious if it’s really as helpful as it sounds.

I've seen some traders swear by it, saying it saves them from massive losses when using leverage, but then others seem skeptical and think it might just lead to overconfidence. I’d love to hear from anyone who’s actually used it. Did it help you? Were there any unexpected downsides?

Seems like a pretty tricky balance—wanting to maximize gains while also being smart about losses. Would appreciate any insights or stories you guys have!
