Is CFD Entry Leverage Worth the Risk?

I've been dabbling in CFD trading lately and am trying to wrap my head around the whole leverage aspect. It's super enticing to think about making larger trades with a smaller amount of capital, but I can't shake the feeling that it could be a double-edged sword.

How do you all manage leverage when entering a CFD position? Do you have any strategies that help mitigate risks? I've heard stories of people making a killing, but I've also seen folks get burned. I guess I’m just curious how others weigh the potential rewards against the risks involved. Any insights or personal experiences would be super helpful!

Leverage can definitely feel like a double-edged sword! I've found that setting strict stop-loss levels helps manage the risk. Also, only using a small portion of my capital for high-leverage trades has saved me from bigger losses. It's super tempting to go all in, but being cautious has kept my trading more sustainable. Balancing the potential rewards with a solid plan is key!
